    Oahu Head Start staff advocate for Head Start families, both in social changes and in helping with immediate needs. The purpose of this service area is to ensure that every family gets all the information, access to community services, and benefits that they are entitled. The Head Start staff works with individual families and with the parent group at each center and help to link families to the community.
