Center Options

Our center-base programs are licensed by the Department of Human Services and operate in various schools, churches, park sites, military and other facilities available in communities across the island.

Child Development Centers (CDC)

Our full-day programs operate at various sites for parents needing longer hours of childcare. State and private tuition subsidies are available for eligible families.

Home Base

Our home base program services families throughout O'ahu and emphasizes the parent's role as primary teacher and advocate for their child. The staff work closely with families in their homes through weekly home visits. Bi-monthly cluster activities at various sites are provided for group socialization.

Hours: ......... 1-1 1/2 hour weekly home visits

 

Family Child Care Homes (FCCH)

Our FCCH program services income-eligible families with preschool-aged children. Full-day, full-year child care is provided by military-certified or state-licensed child care providers in their own homes. No more than six children are cared for at any time, and children benefit from preschool experiences in a home-like setting. Family Child Care Home is a suitable arrangement for families who are working, in school or are in job training.
